Rhonda is mean and manipulative. She always made fun of Tia and Tamera, especially their fashion choices. However she turns nice in her final appearance, mostly due a massive, unflattering change in appearance.
Appearance
To all the boys she is the hottest thing around. That is until after season three in which the girls find out that Rhonda evolved over the summer becoming mannish-looking.
